The largest verifiably, collectively trained model in the world: trained and served across thousands of nodes, every training epoch finalised on-chain with the same guarantees as a token transfer, every contributor paid, weights public, nobody owns the model.

Every milestone above is a graded step toward this. None of it is claimed as done until it is.
